was founded in 1996 by its President, John Roger Earle.
Primarily performing installation services for various
MSO’s in the Southeast. ECI is known for its quality
work & competitive rates. Through continued reinvestment
and hard work ECI has grown into a full service contractor
offering a full range of services for the telecommunications
industry, including: fiber optic splicing & testing,
aerial / underground construction, directional drilling,
subscriber audits, sales & installations.
Today the ECI management team has over 60 years combined
experience in the industry with a dedicated staff. Our
